Zendesk - Updating Chat Routing to "Assigned"

How to Update Zendesk Chat Routing for Automatic Assignments

(Admin permissions are needed for this function)

1. Launch Zendesk Chat page. https://proximity.zendesk.com/chat/agent#home

2. Navigate to "Settings" and select "Routing" on the left hand side. 

3. Set Chat Routing to "Assigned" and save changes. 

4. A prompt should appear regarding the changes. Select option to save changes.
