Ever need to reset Adobe Connect's password when entering Adobe's App, after resettings, recently?

*This snag is triggered by the entrance to live instruction via SSO*


Solidifying Adobe's Credentials on Canvas

  • Navigate to Adobe Connect's portal on Canvas
  • Click "Change" to the right of "Settings"
  • Check the checkbox, indicating: "I have an existing Adobe Connect account and would like to enter this password"
  • Enter our Adobe Connect password and click "Save"




*After executing, it's expected that we're able to sub without updating our credentials*
