Ever need to reset Adobe Connect's password when entering Adobe's App, after resettings, recently?
*This snag is triggered by the entrance to live instruction via SSO*
Solidifying Adobe's Credentials on Canvas
- Navigate to Adobe Connect's portal on Canvas
- Click "Change" to the right of "Settings"
- Check the checkbox, indicating: "I have an existing Adobe Connect account and would like to enter this password"
- Enter our Adobe Connect password and click "Save"
*After executing, it's expected that we're able to sub without updating our credentials*
