Download Adobe Connect's App if we have not already and proceed to Step 1:
- Open the Adobe Connect App and right-click its icon in the
Systems Tray(Windows) or Dock(Mac)
- "Pin to taskbar(Windows)" or "Keep in Dock(Mac)"
- Type or paste in the respective "Direct URL" for the Adobe Meeting Room we plan to launch(Personal/Colleagues for substitution): https://proximity.adobeconnect.com/FirstInitialLastName
- Click on "Continue" to then enter our Host credentials
- Launched the meeting room Before!? Check the "Recents" tab!
- Which are your "Favorites" or those often Joined?!
- Click to "Favorite"
- Click to "Launch"

NEVER ENTER AS GUEST(Contact Support for Host Access)
*Enter with your Login and Password*
- @proxlearn.com email & password
- Check "Remember Username"
- Click "Enter Room"
