Testing Sound | Adobe Connect

Sound not working?! No further worries as there are a couple areas to investigate before contacting support. Review visuals below as we walk-through each checkpoint:

  • First and foremost: Headset must be plugged in BEFORE entering Adobe connect. To ensure success; review control panel screenshots below. For the reception of audio, simply opening YouTube to hear sound through headset helps as well.
