New & Existing Student Schedule Change ~ How to Request

If you have a student new to class, please provide our implementation team with the student’s name, student ID, and specific class time they should be added to. We often have multiple classes with a school and/or district so specific class information will help eliminate any confusion. If you have a student who has had a schedule change and needs to be moved to a different section or totally dropped from the Proximity class, please let our implementation team know which student needs to be moved to which section or totally dropped. All student change requests must come from the school. Please do not ask your teacher to make the updates or request any changes. Proximity Learning does not connect to your LMS so we are unaware of any schedule changes until notified by the school.
