Do I have to have a Teaching License?

Proximity Learning Support -

Yes, it is absolutely required that all teaching staff has a valid and current teaching certificate in at least one U.S. state.  You must hold certification in the area in which you wish to teach.  If you do not have a teaching license, in the area in which you apply, or if that license is expired or no longer valid, you are not eligible to teach for Proximity Learning.  Your license must allow you to teach in a K-12 setting…If you have a post-secondary certificate, early childhood only certificate, childcare provider certificate, then you are not eligible for a teaching position with Proximity Learning.
