How are students supervised in their Physical Classroom?
Schools are required to have an “In-Class Facilitator” present at all times while students are in a Proximity Learning class. This person, also known as the "Teaching Assistant" or "TA", is employed by the students' school district, but trained by our Client Relationship Manager, Mark Worrell, who delivers workshops to TA's on-site at school districts.
Within these workshops, Teaching Assistants are shown how to:
- Better control classroom settings
- Create the best learning environment possible
- Organize classroom materials and student credentials
- Maintain communication with the virtual teachers

We greatly value TA's and believe they play a vital role in students successfully receiving our certified teachers' instruction.
